The NUP2115LT1G is a bidirectional TVS diode from On Semiconductor designed for ESD protection in high-speed data lines, particularly automotive FlexRay networks. It provides dual-channel protection in a single SOT-23-3 package.
With a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and breakdown voltage range of 26.2V to 32V, it clamps transients at 33.4V typical (at 1A) and 44V typical (at 3A). Peak pulse current is 3A (8/20µs) with 200W peak power dissipation. Reverse leakage current is typically 15nA (max 100nA at 24V). Capacitance is only 10pF at 1MHz, suitable for high-speed signals.
The device is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is Pb-free with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD Level 4 and IEC 61000-4-4 EFT standards. Typical applications include FlexRay bus protection and other automotive networks requiring low capacitance ESD protection.
The SOT-23-3 surface-mount package (also known as TO-236) allows compact PCB layout. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
