The NUF8401MNT4G from On Semiconductor is an eight-channel, Pi-style EMI filter array with integrated ESD protection. It features typical component values of R = 100Ω and C = 12pF, delivering a cutoff frequency of 175 MHz. This filter provides stop band attenuation greater than -25 dB from 800 MHz to 2.2 GHz, making it suitable for parallel interfaces with data rates up to 117 Mbps where wireless interference must be minimized.
The device offers ±14 kV ESD protection on each channel, meeting IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 contact discharge standards. Its integrated EMI/ESD system solution is housed in a low-profile 16-lead DFN surface mount package, offering cost, system reliability, and space savings.
