The NTSV30H100ECTG is a 30A, 100V trench-based Schottky rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, featuring a common cathode configuration with two diodes in a TO-220-3 through-hole package. The device utilizes fine lithography trench technology for very low forward voltage and low leakage.
It is rated for an average rectified forward current of 30A per device (15A per diode) and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V. The typical forward voltage at 15A and 25°C is 0.761V, with a maximum of 0.9V. The device offers fast recovery with speeds of ≤500ns, and a nonrepetitive peak surge current of 125A. Operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 175°C.
Typical applications include switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling and OR-ing diodes, and reverse battery protection. The part is housed in a TO-220AB case, with Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant finishes. The thermal resistance junction-to-case is 1.4°C/W typical.
The peak repetitive reverse voltage is 100V.
The device is rated for 30A average forward current per device, and 15A per diode.
At 15A and 25°C, the typical forward voltage is 0.761V, maximum 0.9V. It decreases at higher temperatures.
The diode has fast recovery speed of ≤500ns at >200mA.
It comes in a TO-220-3 through-hole package (TO-220AB case style).
Yes, it is RoHS compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free.
The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 175°C.
