The NTSV30H100CTG is a Trench-based Schottky rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It consists of two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, packaged in a TO-220-3 (TO-220AB) through-hole case. The device offers a maximum DC blocking voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 30A per device (15A per diode) at specified case temperatures. Key electrical characteristics include exceptionally low forward voltage of 0.742V typical at 15A and 25°C, with a typical reverse leakage current of 3.9 mA at 70V. The device features fast switching inherent to Schottky technology, with a speed rating of <500 ns. Thermal performance is supported by a low typical junction-to-case thermal resistance of 1.4 °C/W. The part is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant, with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating for the epoxy case. Applications include switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling and OR-ing diodes, reverse battery protection, and instrumentation.
