The NTSV20120CTG is a dual common cathode Schottky rectifier from ON Semiconductor, designed for high efficiency power conversion. Each diode is rated for 10A average rectified current (20A per device) with a maximum reverse voltage of 120V. The forward voltage is typically 0.557V at 5A and a maximum of 1.12V at 10A, enabling low conduction losses.
This device uses trench-based Schottky technology for very low forward voltage and low leakage current. It offers fast recovery (≤500ns) and high surge capability (100A non-repetitive). The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C, with a low thermal resistance of 2.0°C/W from junction to case.
The part is housed in a through-hole TO-220-3 package, suitable for switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, and freewheeling diode applications. It is Pb-Free, Halogen Free, and RoHS compliant.
