The NTST30120CTG is a trench-based Schottky rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It consists of two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 15A average forward current with a total device rating of 30A. The device has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 120V and a nonrepetitive peak surge current of 150A.
The diode array offers very low forward voltage, with typical values as low as 0.50V at 5A and 0.68V at 15A at 125°C, reducing power loss and improving efficiency. It features fast switching with exceptional temperature stability, making it suitable for high-frequency DC-DC converters and switching power supplies.
The NTST30120CTG is housed in a through-hole TO-220-3 package with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 2.5°C/W per diode. It operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and is lead-free (Pb-Free). Typical applications include switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
