The NTSJ30120CTG is a dual common-cathode Schottky rectifier from On Semiconductor, utilizing fine lithography trench-based technology for exceptionally low forward voltage and low leakage. Rated at 120V DC blocking voltage and 30A average rectified forward current per device (15A per diode), it delivers high efficiency with low power loss. Typical forward voltage is 0.56V at 5A and 0.90V at 15A (TJ=25°C), with even lower values at elevated temperatures. The device offers fast switching with reverse recovery time ≤500ns and high surge capability of 150A nonrepetitive peak. Thermal resistance is 4.05°C/W junction-to-case per diode. The through-hole TO-220-3 Full Pack package provides robust mechanical mounting and excellent thermal performance. Operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C. Typical applications include switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, freewheeling and OR-ing diodes, and reverse battery protection. The device is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant (unverified).
