The NTSB30100CTT4G is a Schottky rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, featuring two 15A diodes in a common cathode configuration. It is rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 30A per device (15A per diode). The device utilizes trench-based Schottky technology for very low forward voltage, with a typical forward voltage of 0.455V at 5A and 125°C, and a maximum forward voltage of 0.85V at 15A and 25°C.
This diode array is designed for high-frequency switching applications such as switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, and freewheeling diodes. It offers fast switching with exceptional temperature stability, low power loss, and high surge capability, with a nonrepetitive peak surge current rating of 160A. The device is housed in a surface mount D2PAK (TO-263-3) package with gull wing leads, suitable for automated assembly.
The NTSB30100CTT4G is a Pb-free device and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. It has a low thermal resistance of 1.14°C/W junction-to-case per diode, aiding in thermal management.
