The NTS260SFT1G is a trench-based Schottky rectifier from On Semiconductor designed for high efficiency power conversion. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60 V and an average rectified forward current of 2 A. With a very low forward voltage of 0.55 V maximum at 1 A (25°C) and 0.65 V maximum at 2 A, this diode minimizes power loss and operating temperature.
