The NTS245SFT3G is a Trench-based Schottky rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor. It features a very low forward voltage of 630 mV at 2A and 25°C, with fast switching and exceptional temperature stability. The device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 2A, with a non-repetitive peak surge current capability of 50A.
This diode is designed for high efficiency in switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, and freewheeling or OR-ing diode applications. It offers low thermal resistance (23°C/W junction-to-lead) and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
Packaged in a surface-mount SOD-123FL case, the NTS245SFT3G is Pb-Free and Halide-Free, with MSL 1 rating. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 10,000 pieces per reel.
