The NTS245SFT1G is a trench-based Schottky rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for low forward voltage and high efficiency. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 2A at a lead temperature of 125°C.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 0.63V at 2A and 25°C, dropping to 0.55V at 125°C. Reverse leakage current is 90 µA at 25°C and 5 mA at 125°C. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 50A.
