The ON Semiconductor NTLUS3C18PZTAG is a P-Channel MOSFET designed for power management applications in portable products. It features a low profile 1.6x1.6x0.5 mm UDFN package with exposed drain pads for excellent thermal conduction, saving valuable board space.
Key electrical characteristics include a drain-to-source voltage of -12V and a maximum continuous drain current of -7.0A at 25°C (Note 1). The on-resistance is as low as 24mOhm at 7A and 4.5V, with a gate-to-source voltage threshold of 1V at 250µA. The device operates within a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
This MOSFET is optimized for applications such as battery switches and high-side load switches. It is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant. The UDFN package requires surface mounting.
