The NTE6080 is a Schottky diode designed for rectification applications requiring low forward voltage drop and fast switching. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified current of 10A. The forward voltage is 800 mV at 10A. The diode features fast recovery with a reverse recovery time of less than 500 ns. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
