The NTE6074 is a standard recovery diode designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 85A. The forward voltage drop is 1.15V at a test current of 200A. With a standard recovery speed greater than 500ns and a current rating above 200mA, this diode is suitable for power supply and industrial circuits where fast switching is not required.
The diode is housed in a DO-203AA (DO-5) stud mount package, allowing for secure mounting to heat sinks. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 190°C, enabling use in harsh environments. The stud mount design facilitates efficient thermal management in high-current applications.
