The NTE6064 is a general purpose rectifier diode from NTE Electronics. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified current rating of 70A. The forward voltage is 1.25V maximum at 20mA. The diode features standard recovery with a recovery time greater than 500ns at 200mA. It is designed for stud mount installation and comes in a DO-203AA / DO-5 package. The junction operating temperature range is -65°C to 190°C.
