The NTE6027 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose power rectification. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 160 V and an average rectified forward current of 60 A. The forward voltage drop is rated at a maximum of 1.4 V at 60 A. Its standard recovery speed (greater than 500 ns at 200 mA) makes it suitable for line-frequency applications. The device is housed in a rugged stud-mount DO-5 (DO-203AA) package and supports an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. This stud-mount configuration allows for secure mechanical mounting and efficient thermal conduction to a heatsink. The diode uses standard silicon technology and is designed for straightforward integration into power supply and conversion circuits.
