The NTE6013 is a standard recovery rectifier diode from NTE Electronics, designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a standard recovery time greater than 500ns at forward currents above 200mA.
With a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 12.7A, this diode is suitable for medium-power rectification circuits. The device uses standard silicon technology.
The diode is housed in a TO-220-3 isolated tab package, also known as ITO-220AB, which provides electrical isolation between the tab and the semiconductor junction. It is designed for through-hole mounting. The junction operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. The NTE6013 is listed as RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
