The NTE5916 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose applications. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 20A. The forward voltage is 1.23V at 63A. It is a stud mount device housed in a DO-203AA (DO-4) package. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C. This diode is suitable for power supply rectification, battery charging, and other general purpose rectifier applications where standard recovery is acceptable. The stud mount allows for secure attachment to heatsinks.
