The NTE5910 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose power rectification. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 1000V and an average forward current rating of 16A. The forward voltage is specified at 1.23V maximum when conducting 50A. With a standard recovery time greater than 500ns, this diode is suitable for low-frequency applications where fast switching is not required. The device uses standard diode technology and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. It is packaged in a DO-203AA (DO-4) stud mount package, allowing for secure mounting to a heatsink for thermal management.
