The NTE5835 is a standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by NTE Electronics. It is designed for general purpose rectification applications requiring a reverse voltage rating of 200V and an average forward current of 3A. The diode features a forward voltage drop of 1.2V at 3A and a standard recovery time greater than 500ns at 200mA.
The device is housed in a DO-203AA / DO-4 stud mount package, which provides robust mechanical mounting and efficient heat dissipation. The junction operating temperature range spans from -65°C to 175°C, allowing use in a wide variety of environments.
