The NTE574 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose rectification applications. It offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified current of 1A.
The device has a typical forward voltage of 1V at 1A forward current and a reverse recovery time of 35 ns, classifying it as a fast recovery diode (≤500ns, >200mA). Junction capacitance is 20 pF at 4V reverse bias and 1MHz.
The NTE574 is housed in a through-hole DO-41 (DO-204AL) axial-lead package, suitable for easy PCB mounting. It operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C.
