The NTE552 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose power rectification. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified current rating of 1A. The forward voltage is 1.2V maximum at 1A forward current.
This diode offers fast recovery with a reverse recovery time of 200ns, making it suitable for moderate-speed switching applications. The junction capacitance is 15pF at 4V and 1MHz. It operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 175°C.
The NTE552 is housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial leaded package for through-hole mounting. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
