The NTE Electronics NTE383 is a single PNP bipolar junction transistor (BJT) suitable for audio and frequency driver applications. It offers a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 100V and a continuous collector current of 1A.
This transistor operates with a DC current gain (hFE) of at least 160 at 150mA and 5V. Its saturation voltage (Vce) is a maximum of 1V at 50mA and 500mA. The device has a typical frequency response up to 140MHz and a power dissipation of 900mW.
