The NTE379 is a silicon NPN transistor manufactured by NTE Electronics, designed for high-voltage, high-speed power switching in inductive circuits where fall time is critical. This device is suitable for 115V and 220V switch-mode applications, including switching regulators, inverters, motor controls, solenoid/relay drivers, and deflection circuits.
