The NTE2430 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for surface mount applications. It features a high collector-emitter voltage rating of 350V and a maximum collector current of 1A, with a power dissipation of 1W.
This transistor operates at a frequency of 70MHz and has a DC current gain (hFE) of at least 40 at 20mA and 10V. The Vce saturation is a maximum of 500mV at 4mA collector current and 50mA base current. It is rated for an operating temperature of up to 150°C.
