The NTE109 is a general purpose silicon diode designed for small signal applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and can handle an average rectified current of up to 40mA. The forward voltage is 1V at 200mA. With a capacitance of 0.8pF at 1V and 1MHz, it is suitable for high-frequency circuits. The device is housed in a DO-7 through-hole axial package, making it easy to integrate into through-hole designs. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 90°C.
