The NSVRB751V40T1G is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor designed for high-speed switching, circuit protection, and voltage clamping applications. It features an extremely low forward voltage of 0.28V typical at 1mA, which reduces conduction loss. The diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a forward continuous current of 30mA.
This device is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive and other applications requiring stringent quality control.
