The NSVRB751S40T1G is a Schottky barrier diode designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. Its extremely low forward voltage of 0.28V typical at 1mA reduces conduction loss, making it suitable for battery-powered and portable devices. The diode offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30V (40V peak), forward continuous current of 30mA, and peak surge current of 500mA.
