The NSVR0520V2T5G is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor (onsemi) designed for applications requiring low forward voltage drop and fast switching. It features a typical forward voltage of only 325 mV at 100 mA forward current and a maximum continuous forward current rating of 500 mA.
The diode offers a reverse voltage rating of 20 V and a typical reverse current of 8 µA at 10 V reverse bias. Switching speed is very high, with a typical reverse recovery time of 12 ns. The device has a low typical capacitance of 35 pF at 1 V and 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-frequency applications.
