The NSVR0240HT1G is a Schottky Barrier Diode designed for very low forward voltage drop and low leakage current, optimized for DC-DC converter, clamping, and protection applications in portable devices.
It has a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a continuous forward current rating of 250mA. Typical forward voltage drop is 480mV at 100mA and 710mV at 200mA. Reverse leakage current is typically 0.2µA at 25V reverse voltage. The diode also features a low capacitance of 4pF at 5V and 1MHz, and fast switching speed with recovery less than 500ns.
Packaged in a surface-mount SOD-323 (SC-76) package, it is supplied on tape and reel. Maximum power dissipation is 160mW with minimum trace and 270mW with 1in² copper pad. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
This automotive-qualified variant (AEC-Q101 and PPAP capable) is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. ESD rating is Class 1C (Human Body Model) and Class M2 (Machine Model).
