These Schottky barrier diodes are designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. Extremely low forward voltage reduces conduction loss. Miniature surface mount package is excellent for handheld and portable applications where space is limited. Key specifications include: 30V reverse voltage, 200mA DC forward current, 1.0A non-repetitive surge current, forward voltage of 0.325V max at 10mA and 0.5V max at 200mA, low reverse leakage (10µA at 10V, 100µA at 30V). Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. ESD rating is Class 3B per Human Body Model and Class C per Machine Model. This device is Pb-free and AEC qualified for automotive applications. Packaged in SOD-723 surface mount package, supplied in tape and reel of 8,000 pieces.
