The NSVBAT54LT1G is a Schottky barrier diode designed for high speed switching, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. Its extremely low forward voltage reduces conduction loss, making it ideal for portable and handheld applications where space is limited.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum reverse voltage rating of 30V and a maximum forward current of 200mA. Typical forward voltage is 0.35V at 10mA, 0.41V at 30mA, and 0.52V at 100mA. Reverse leakage current is typically 0.2µA at 25V, with a maximum of 2µA. The device offers fast reverse recovery time of 5ns and typical total capacitance of 7.6pF at 1V and 1MHz.
The diode is housed in a surface mount SOT-23 (TO-236) package, rated for operation from -55°C to 125°C. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel, and is Pb-Free, Halogen Free, and RoHS compliant.
