The NSRLL30XV2T5G is a Schottky barrier diode designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It features an extremely low forward voltage of 0.6V maximum at 200mA forward current, reducing conduction loss. The diode has a reverse voltage rating of 30V and a forward current rating of 200mA DC. It also offers extremely fast switching speed and low reverse leakage current of 1µA at 10V reverse voltage.
