The NSR30CM3T5G from ON Semiconductor is a dual common cathode Schottky barrier diode array designed for high-speed switching, circuit protection, and voltage clamping applications. It features extremely low forward voltage, with a typical value of 0.35V at 10mA, reducing conduction losses. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current of 200mA. Packaged in the compact SOT-723 surface mount package, it is ideal for handheld and portable devices where space is limited. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, and offers a maximum junction temperature of 125°C. With a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns, it is suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
