The NSR20F40NXT5G is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor optimized for low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. It is offered in a Chip Scale Package (DSN2) to reduce board space. The low thermal resistance enables higher efficiency in space-constrained designs.
