The NSR1020MW2T1G is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor designed for high current handling in a small SOD-323 package. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 20V and a peak reverse voltage of 30V. The diode can handle a continuous forward current of 1A, with peak forward current up to 5A (8.3 ms half sinewave) and repetitive forward current of 2A.
Forward voltage is very low, typically 0.24V at 10mA, with maximum values ranging from 0.20V at 1mA to 0.54V at 1A. Reverse leakage current is 40µA maximum at 15V reverse voltage.
