The NSR05F30NXT5G is a Schottky barrier diode from onsemi, designed for low forward voltage drop and low leakage current in a compact Chip Scale Package (CSP).
This diode offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current of 500mA. The forward voltage is typically 0.320V at 100mA and 0.400V at 500mA, enabling efficient rectification in low-voltage applications. Reverse leakage current is 15µA maximum at 10V and 75µA at 30V.
