The NSR0340HT1G is a Schottky barrier diode designed for low forward voltage drop and low leakage current, optimized for DC-DC converter, clamping, and protection applications in portable devices. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a continuous forward current of 250mA. The typical forward voltage is 415mV at 100mA and 590mV at 200mA. The diode has a low capacitance of 6pF at 10V reverse bias and 1MHz, and a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns. It is housed in a surface-mount SOD-323 package, supporting a power dissipation of 160mW on minimum trace FR-4 and 270mW with larger copper area. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. Typical applications include LCD and keypad backlighting, camera photo flash, buck and boost DC-DC converters, reverse voltage and current protection, and clamping circuits. The device is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
