This is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor designed for high current handling and low forward voltage. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 23V and continuous forward current of 1A.
Electrical characteristics include low forward voltage: typical 0.24V at 10mA, 0.30V at 100mA, 0.45V at 900mA, with maximums of 0.27V, 0.35V, and 0.50V respectively. Reverse leakage current is typically 10µA and maximum 50µA at 15V. Total capacitance is typically 30pF and maximum 35pF at 5V and 1MHz.
The diode is surface mount in SOT-563 package (Case 463A). It is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant (unverified). Maximum power dissipation is 200mW at 25°C, derating above 25°C. Junction temperature maximum is 125°C, storage temperature range -55°C to +150°C.
