The NSR02L40MX2WT5G is a 40V, 200mA Schottky barrier diode designed by On Semiconductor for high-efficiency power management in portable electronics. It features a typical forward voltage of 0.38V at 1mA and 0.50V at 10mA, ensuring minimal power loss. The reverse leakage current is typically 0.03µA at 25V and 0.04µA at 40V, supporting low standby power.
The diode offers very high switching speed with a reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for high-frequency DC-DC converters and protection circuits. It is packaged in a miniature X2DFNW2 (0402) package measuring 1.00mm x 0.60mm x 0.40mm, enabling space-constrained designs. The wettable flank package design supports automated optical inspection (AOI) in manufacturing.
