The NSR02L30NXT5G is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor, optimized for low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current rating of 200mA. The forward voltage drop is 580mV maximum at 200mA, and reverse leakage current is 0.2µA maximum at 10V. Typical capacitance is 7pF at 5V and 1MHz. The diode features ESD ratings of over 8kV for Human Body Model and over 400V for Machine Model. Maximum power dissipation is 312mW with minimum trace.
This device is housed in a DSN2 (0201 metric) surface mount package, also known as 2-DSN (0.60x0.30). It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 5000 units per reel. The operating junction temperature range is up to 150°C.
The NSR02L30NXT5G is suitable for applications such as LCD and keypad backlighting, camera photo flash, buck and boost DC-DC converters, reverse voltage and current protection, and clamping circuits. It is a Pb-free and Halide-free device, compliant with RoHS3 and REACH (unverified).
