The NSR0240MXT5G is a Schottky barrier diode from On Semiconductor designed for low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. It is optimized for use in DC-DC converters, clamping, and protection circuits in portable devices.
With a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and continuous forward current of 200mA, this diode offers a typical forward voltage of 0.46V at 100mA and a maximum of 0.6V at 200mA. Reverse leakage current is typically 0.2µA at 25V and maximum 5µA at 40V. The device features low capacitance of 7pF at 1V and 1MHz.
