The ON Semiconductor NSR0230M2T5G is a Schottky barrier diode suitable for high-speed switching, circuit protection, and voltage clamping applications. It offers an extremely low forward voltage of 0.325 V (max) at 10 mA and a low reverse current.
This diode has a maximum reverse voltage rating of 30 Vdc and a continuous forward current of 200 mA. The surge current peak is rated at 1.0 A for a 60 Hz, 1-cycle pulse. Its operating temperature range is from -55°C to +125°C.
The NSR0230M2T5G is housed in a miniature SOD-723 surface mount package, making it ideal for space-limited portable applications.
