The NSR02100HT1G is a Schottky barrier diode designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It features a 100V minimum reverse breakdown voltage and a 200mA DC forward current capability. The diode offers extremely low forward voltage: 0.45V maximum at 1mA, 0.57V at 10mA, 0.80V at 100mA, and 0.95V at 200mA. Reverse leakage is minimal at 0.05µA at 50V and 0.15µA at 100V. Typical capacitance is 4pF (max 10pF) at 1V, 1MHz. The device is housed in a compact, surface-mount SOD-323 package, making it suitable for handheld and portable electronics. It is Pb-free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. The total power dissipation is 200mW on an FR-5 board, with a thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 635°C/W. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. This diode is ideal for high-speed switching, low-voltage rectification, and protection circuits in space-constrained designs.
