The On Semiconductor NSR01F30NXT5G is a Schottky barrier diode optimized for low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30 V and a continuous forward current of 100 mA. The forward voltage is typically 370 mV at 10 mA and 500 mV at 100 mA. The diode offers very high switching speed, low capacitance of 7 pF at 5 V, and robust ESD protection of 8 kV (HBM) and 400 V (Machine Model).
