The NSPU5221MUTBG is a unidirectional TVS diode from ON Semiconductor, part of the NSPU5201/NSPU5221 series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from ESD and surge events. The device offers a working peak reverse voltage of 20V and a breakdown voltage range of 24V to 26V at 1mA test current.
