The NSPU5201MUTBG is a unidirectional Zener-type TVS diode from ON Semiconductor designed for ESD and surge protection. It provides protection against IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD events up to ±30 kV contact discharge.
With a working peak reverse voltage of 20 V, it features a breakdown voltage range of 21.7 V to 23.7 V at 1 mA test current. The clamping voltage is 31.5 V at a peak pulse current of 140 A (8/20 µs waveform). Reverse leakage current is a maximum of 1 µA at 20 V.
The device is offered in a small 6-pin UDFN package (1.8 mm x 2.0 mm) with an exposed pad for thermal management. It is surface mountable and supplied in tape and reel (3000 pcs per reel).
The NSPU5201MUTBG is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS3 compliant. It has an MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) of 1, allowing unlimited floor life. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
