The NSPU5132MUTBG is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for ESD and surge protection. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 13.5V and a breakdown voltage range of 13.6V to 17.5V at 1mA. The device clamps at 24V when subjected to a peak pulse current of 200A (8/20µs waveform), with a peak pulse power rating of 4800W.
This component meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection, withstanding ±30kV contact discharge. It is suitable for general-purpose applications requiring robust transient voltage suppression.
