The NSPM3041MXT5G is a bidirectional TVS diode designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and surge events. It features a reverse working voltage of 4.8V and a breakdown voltage range of 5.3V to 7.5V. The device provides excellent clamping performance with a typical clamping voltage of 6.6V at 1A and 8.5V at 40A (8/20 µs pulse). It meets IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection with ±30kV contact and air discharge ratings, and IEC61000-4-5 surge protection up to 40A.
This device is housed in a small 2-X2DFN package measuring 1.0 mm x 0.6 mm, making it suitable for space-constrained portable electronics such as cellular phones, tablets, MP3 players, and digital cameras. It supports surface mount assembly and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 8000 pieces per reel.
