The NSDEMP11XV6T5G is a common anode quad array switching diode from onsemi, designed for ultra high speed switching applications. It features epitaxial planar construction and is housed in the SOT-563 package, optimized for low power surface mount designs where board space is at a premium.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 80V, forward current of 100mA, and peak forward surge current of 2.0A. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns (maximum) and low diode capacitance of 3.5pF typical. Forward voltage is 1.2V maximum at 100mA, and reverse leakage current is 0.1µA at 70V.
